Product Introduction
Shuttle car (it’s also called mobile gangue storage in coal mine) is an high-efficient gangue transport device, mainly used in the projects of underground roadway, tunnel, culvert, etc. Usually it’s guided by locomotive and can be used together with mucking loader, rock loader. It has small type and large type, covering nine versions from 4m3to 30m3.
Shuttle car is a large cross section tunnel engineering to reprint and uninstall, strong adaptability, high efficiency of auxiliary transportation equipment. It consists of a long slot car body is installed on the walking mechanism with turning device, through the locomotive traction can walk on the track.
Main Characteristics
1. There is scraper blade conveyor, it can load and unload gangue automatically with high speed.
2. Steering frame adopts steel plate spring structure, it has good shock absorbing performance and will not go out of track easily.
3. SD series shuttle cars are of special design, the disassembling end of front compartment can reach into the assembling end of latter compartment, so the car can work more fluently. It can work singly or work in groups.
4. The shuttle car can be disassembled automatically after driven into disassembling place, but when side dumping, crossroad and double tracks should be fixed in advance, the body can turn a special angle and then side dump.
