WapluTM Introduction

WapluTM not only can be used in roadway, mining working face reinforcement, 

can also be used for loose coal/coal wall/roof reinforcement; 

Consolidation of fault and broken formation; Fault, fracture zone and collapse column reinforcement in advance.

WapluTM Feature

Controllable and the reaction time can be adjusted according to the specific conditions of construction site. 

Low initial viscosity, permeability is good, can be further fine cracks.The coal seam, rock formations have excellent adhesion. 

Only trace foam products in a dry environment, the volume is almost no change.

Products can react with moisture in the bolt release nontoxic inert gas and secondary pressure, 

make deep slurry to crack spread further, to the micro cracks have good repair effect.

WapluTM Operationtheory

WapluTM isA two-component modified polyurethane adhesive solution, 

including low viscosity resin and curing agent B.Liquid resin and 

curing agent B in dozens of seconds, fast curing reaction generated by the molecular 

structure of interpenetrating networks make the curing and high mechanical strength, 

high bonding strength, good toughness and resistance to stamping properties. Resin, low viscosity, 

good fluidity, can effectively penetrate into coal/tiny cracks in the rock.Non-toxic gases released during the process of reaction, in the purpose of construction and ensure the safety of the site clean.

WapluTM Use Method & Matters Needing Attention

Coal seam reinforcement materials, gas hole sealing materials, 

will be A/B two components according to the volume ratio 1:1 mixed in special grouting pump, 

after by special grouting injection gun ShiGongDian.

Please immediately after the completion of the construction of the grouting pump use detergent to clean.

And will not use up, seal and cut off from water vapor, the next time.
