Turbine flow sensor installation requirement

Flowmeter can be horizontal or vertical installation, vertical installation direction of fluid flow from the bottom up, the liquid must be full of pipeline, there shall be nobubble; liquid flow direction with the sensor housing on the direction of the arrowindicating direction of flow; sensor straight pipe section, the upstream end at least 10 times the nominal diameter should be the length of the straight section, downstreamend should be not less than 5 times the nominal pipe diameter, the wall should besmooth and clean, no dents, fouling and skin defects. Sensor pipe axis and axisaligned adjacent pipeline, connecting and sealing washer used shall be thoroughlythe pipeline inner cavity; sensor should be far away from the external electric field,magnetic field, when necessary, take shielding measures effective, in order to avoidinterference. In order to repair does not affect the normal transport of liquid, it is recommended to install the position sensor, installed bypass pipe.

When the fluid containing impurities, should be the installation of filters, filtermesh is set according to the flow of impurities, generally 20 ~ 60 mesh.
