Track gauge detector,ATGJ-1The railway track gauge detector is used for verification of the standard gauge railway track special fixture.This test can be used for 0, 1 and 2-foot gauge the initial verification, repeat testing (periodic testing).
The function of the track gauge detector is introduced: the detector part is measured by the gauge and level (high) measurement of parts.

Gauge measuring part is through the activity, fixed measuring block to benchmark the length of the gauge for 1435 mm gauge point, by adjusting the handwheel adjustment can achieve 1410 mm to 1410 mm, the adjustment of the gauge rod in the corresponding position can be clearly read, locking location using gauge the lock screw of the scale.   
Ultra-high measurement adopts gear and chain hoist, operation after pull the hand wheel rotation handwheel, can adjust the ultrahigh relative position measurement. Adjust to the lowest point for zero level, high measuring block adjustment the itinerary of 0 mm to 185 mm. Adjustment of corresponding position can be clearly read, in the ultrahigh scale lock position using ultra high scale of locking screw.
