Pneumatic winch is a vane air motor as the driving force, through the planetary gear reducer transmits power to the roller lifting heavy objects. Motor and gearbox are connected to the sides of the roller, so that the winch have small size, light weight, compact structure, simple operation, easy maintenance, can be realized within a certain range stepless braking. winch braking is achieved through motor,brake is reliable. In the case of without compressed air can operate by manual.

Note

 1、First pneumatic motor, and then drive gear is running. Before starting, you should first stopped on the roller brake, release the brake on the gear, so do not turn the reel, only the large internal gear rotation.　 　　

 2、if you want to start the roll, you must first loosen the roller brakes, then brake tight on a large internal gear. Then the roller rotation and rope wrapping for work.

 3、in the work process, if you want pneumatic winch suspend operation, you can loosen the large internal gear brakes, then brake tightly the roller brake band

 4、the electric car is in motion, two brake not both brakes, or likely to cause the motor burned.　　 　　

 5、pneumatic winch roller brakes and bearings temperature should not exceed 70 ℃, if the temperature rose sharply, you must immediately stop checking. 　　

 6、in order to prevent the intrusion of dust and oil spills, pneumatic winch sealing device must be intact.
