Technogy requirements

of low carbon steel;

4) after forming clamp thickness tolerance of ± 0.5mm, the width tolerance of ± 0.2mm. 

Bolt hole spacing tolerance of ± 1mm.

5) clamp bolts should be used with the U-shaped steel material corresponding bar production.

6) Bolt specifications for the M24, length 35mm, thread size should be consistent GB/T96 basic requirements,

tolerances shall comply with the provisions of GB/T197 accuracy of 8g.

7) clamp bore specifications for the M24 screw hole through holes, screw threads - Basic dimensions shall comply

 with the provisions of GB/T96,

tolerances shall comply with the provisions of GB/T197 accuracy of 8g.

8) 25U steel retractable bracket card cable resistance is not lower than the average working 100kN,

29U steel retractable bracket card cable resistance is not lower than the average working 140kN,

36U steel retractable bracket card cable resistance is not lower average working at 190kN.

9) the maximum and minimum working resistance shall not exceed the difference between the working resistance 25kN.

10) clamp match with U-channel support strength to match.
